SHIPPING & RETURNS
Miller Brothers, LTD would like for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept a return or exchange of items that are in new condition with original tags. Items you wish to return cannot be washed, worn or altered.
Full-Price Merchandise:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Exceptions:
All personal care and grooming products are final sale, including aftershaves, lotions, shampoos, soaps, and fragrances. Sale merchandise is also final sale.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
To Make a Return
If you placed your order using a Shop login, please sign in to your account, select your order, and submit a return request.
If you did not use a Shop login or are unable to access your account, please email grace@millerbrothers.com for return approval and instructions.
Approved items must be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the receipt enclosed. A $15 restocking & shipping fee will be applied to your order. Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
To Make an Exchange
Re-Order: Place your new exchange order for the item you would like and indicate this is an exchange in the “Additional Information” section at checkout
Refund: Your original payment method will be refunded once we receive and process your return
